This renovated mid-century modern home in Indian Wells, CA is set against the backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains. Situated on the Eldorado Country Club it is home-away-from-home for the golf enthusiast owners. The home’s original mid-century architecture had been masked by awkward 1980s additions, but was reversed during the renovation to reveal the house’s elegant footprint as it was originally intended. This included a side entrance and private interior courtyard off the two private guest rooms and living room. Vintage, new and custom furniture pieces were incorporated throughout with the use of whites, off-whites and occasional punches of color.
