The Hall Arts Residences is a condominium tower comprised of 50 luxury homes in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. The residences are surrounded by views of Pritzker Prize-winning architecture, such as the Winspear Opera House, Wyly Theatre, Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Dallas Museum of Art. The Emily Summers Design Associates architectural team defined the layout of the condominium units in addition to the reception and amenity spaces. All furnishings and finishes for the reception and amenity spaces were selected by the ESDA design team including the private wine cellar, indoor and outdoor private dining areas, private dog park and spa, as well as the resort-style pool. Additionally, the ESDA team selected finishes and features for the individual private residences including Bulthaup kitchen systems, Gaggenau appliances, Lutron shades, Dornbracht polished fixtures, wide plank wood flooring, and marble bathrooms. The building is both LEED & WELL certified.
