Developed for a multi-generational family business, this 170,000 sq. ft., glass and limestone building is set within a six-acre urban campus on Turtle Creek Boulevard, in the heart of Dallas. The family challenged the design team to create a building that would foster interaction and collaboration among the various business units. Emily Summers Design Associates was hired to design the interior of the family offices, boardroom, reception areas and to advise on the property’s extensive art collection,
The building is centered around a three-story glass atrium, called “The Intersection.” This space provides a visual connection to the landscape linking shared conference, central dining, and exhibit spaces, which highlight the life and legacy of the client, the family, and their companies.
