Museum Tower Residence

Dallas, TX

The Museum Tower residence was designed with architect Tom Kundig for an upbeat couple in the heart of the arts district in Dallas. From the full floor, 9,000 square feet apartment that began as an empty shell, the design team carved out interior spaces that celebrate the client’s forward thinking aesthetic. The elegant, oval-shaped building perimeter is wrapped with floor to ceiling windows. Both the floor plan and architectural finishes were conceived to capitalize on the expansive 360-degree views and mitigate the Texas sunlight. With the addition of plush rugs, deep color palettes, and bold curves, the design team created inviting gathering areas with instinctual traffic patterns drawing the eye to the surrounding expansive views. Multifunctional rooms feature custom furniture pieces that are appropriate for both everyday activities and large-scale gatherings.
