Our client approached Emily Summers Design Associates with a vision to live in a high rise with views of the Calatrava bridges over the Trinity River. The property, a two-story penthouse at The House in Victory Park, features over 5,000 sq. ft. of exterior terraces with landscaping by David Hocker. The client wanted indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces suitable for both casual daily living and large family gatherings. Contemporary interior selections include a custom Bulthaup kitchen, room for his extensive wine collection, and a screening room.
